Turn me Dark (Insula)

Turn me Dark is the debut feature of director Alex Plumb. Alex and I have worked together on all of his short films, (Angelo, The Luring, Goldenboy) and we had a lot of fun on his first feature. I even got to visit ‘the Playroom’ and contribute some accordion playing on set. Turn me dark is a queer themed thriller/arthouse/dark fairytale that examines the darker sides of human nature, desire and longing. The score features wind and brass textures, jangling bells and distorted vocals as our characters draw closer to their final predicaments..
